The 24230 hermetic bulkhead connector is tailored for vacuum atmospheric test and measurement applications. It features a 1 1/4″ vacuum face seal, simplifying installation in chamber environments. The housing is secured with a locknut and a Nitrile O-ring, providing a hermetic seal on the exterior.
Internally, the connector uses a hermetic, low outgassing epoxy to ensure the stainless-steel feedthrough is securely sealed. The design includes an MS3476L14-19P plug on the atmospheric side and an MS3476L14-19S on the vacuum side. With 9 contacts, it offers high density, supporting multiple power and signal connections.
Additionally, the 24230 version of the feedthrough is designed with thermocouple contacts for enhanced functionality.
