The 24201 PotCon hermetic bulkhead connector is a plug to receptacle hermetic feedthrough designed for vacuum atmospheric test and measurement applications. it is designed with a 1 3/4″-18 vacuum face seal, simplifying installation into chamber environments. The housing is installed using a locknut and Nitrile O-ring hermetically seal the outside of the housing.
Inside the housing, Douglas utilizes a hermetic low outgassing epoxy to seal the stainless-steel feedthrough. The design includes an MS3456L22-22P plug on the atmospheric side and an MS3456L22-22S on the vacuum side. With 4 contacts, it offers high density, supporting multiple power and signal connections.
