Epoxy-based sealing technologies that perform
With its robust mechanical properties and resistance to temperature extremes, epoxy is an ideal material for creating lasting hermetic seals around wires and connectors that pass into pressure or vacuum systems.
Our epoxy and epoxy-hybrid feedthroughs and connectors withstand the most stringent performance requirements:
- Vacuum to 1x109 Torr.
- Pressures as high as 15,000 psi.
- Temperatures from -100 to +350ºF.
- Wire gauges from 38 AWG to 500 MCM.
- Conductor counts from single wire to 3,200 in a single feedthrough.
- Cable lengths from stubs to 2,000 meters.
We have capabilities for a range of lot sizes and quantities—including one-of-a-kind assemblies that weigh 2,000 pounds to recurring production lot sizes in excess of 250,000 pieces per year.
